School Quality Survey

Parents of 4th and 5th grade students will receive a School Quality Survey on Monday, Feb. 1, 2010. Your child will bring the survey home that day, so please ask your child for the survey if they forget to give it to you. Please help us improve as a school by completing the survey and mailing it in the postage paid envelope before March 1.
