Character Counts! (sm) Poster Contest Winners

Last weekend, six of our students were selected to represent Mililani Mauka Elementary during the Character Counts!(sm) Celebration at the Town Center of Mililani.  These students created posters that encouraged others to prevent bullying and incorporated the "six pillars" of character - Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship.

3rd Grade Gets Dictionaries

Today, Mililani Mauka Elementary welcomed members from the Rotary Club as they delivered a dictionary to each and every third grade student.  Students walked back to class excited to start using their dictionaries - especially to look up the longest word in the English language - ask any 3rd grader what it is...

Asian Lion Dance Team

Students Noah Oyama, Taylor Oyama, Katelyn Hamasaki, and Brandon Maeda performed with other members of the Asian Lion Dance Team for our school in celebration of Chinese New Year. Happy New Year!
